Steven specializes in investment sales and leasing. The services he provides include research and analysis of market conditions, sale and lease negotiations, and marketing.
Prior to joining the Epic Commercial team, Steven specialized as a Tenant Representative at TRI Commercial in Sacramento. Steven negotiated aggressively to better the position of his clients by understanding their needs and market conditions. Steve has excellent relationships in the Sacramento region with buyers and sellers, as well as other commercial brokers.
Steven’s success as a Commercial Real Estate Broker stems from his tenacity for cold calling, aggressive negotiation, and hard work has earned the trust of his clients.
